Ace Legal is founded in 2016 by a team of legal professionals with a passion for making quality customized commercial contracts and documents widely available to the public in a cost-effective and technology-efficient manner.

Many of our team members have over 10 years of post-qualification experience, hold master’s degrees in law and business, and have legal professional qualifications in common-law areas such as Hong Kong, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Our team  have in-depth experience working in major law firms and international major corporations handling corporate and commercial matters.

Ace Legal’s vision is to create a document platform where members can find commonly used documents and tailor them through easy-to-use step-by-step instructions.
